5th Smart Shopping Festival Details:

• Dates – 2nd Dec 2022 to 16th Jan 2023
• Shop for Rs.1,999/- & above and get a chance to win Weekly prizes* and shop for Rs.4,999/- & above and get a chance to win the Bumper prizes*.

 

Terms and Conditions:

1) Contest is valid for customers of all age groups. 
2) Eligibility to participate in the contest: Shop for Rs.1,999/- and above and get a chance to win a weekly prize and shop for Rs.4,999/- and above and get a chance to win a bumper prize. 
3) Movie tickets, Parking tickets, Manual tickets or bills will not be accepted. 
4) Bills are valid on the same day of purchase, Multiple bills can be clubbed on the same day of purchase only. 
5) Duplicate, Incomplete, tampered and altered bills and contest forms will be rejected. 
6) 82 East, SRMT Mall & Multiplex employees, tenants and vendors of the mall and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest.
7) Prize declared can be withdrawn by the mall management if the declaration on any of the above requirements is false. 
8) Winner will have to pay the gift tax, govt tax and utility charges wherever applicable. 
9) Information is correct at the time of printing and subject to change without prior notice. 
10) 82 East, SRMT Mall & Multiplex reserves the right to withdraw the concept, amend and modify the above terms & conditions without giving any prior notices or reasons. 
11) Mall Management's decision will be final and abiding. 
12) All disputes if any are subjected to Kakinada jurisdiction only.
