SHOP AND WIN ELIGIBILITY & TERMS & CONDITIONS:

        You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

1. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in Shop & Win Campaign.

2. This contest will be held from the 10th of July 2023 till the 31st of July 2023 or till stock lasts.

3. On a bill of INR 1999 & above from multiple brands, not more than 2 invoices other than R Digital home appliances, mobile & laptops and Home Town Furniture bills, single invoice, same day, the customer stands a chance to win an assured gift of COFFEE MUG.

4. On a bill of INR 2999 & above from multiple brands, not more than 2 invoices other than R Digital home appliances, mobile & laptops and Home Town Furniture bills, single invoice, same day, the customer stands a chance to win an assured gift of WATER BOTTLE.

5. On a bill of INR 3999 & above from multiple brands, not more than 2 invoices other than R Digital home appliances, mobile & laptops and Home Town Furniture bills, single invoice, same day, the customer stands a chance to win an assured gift of 82° EAST BAG/JOCKEY DUFFLE BAG.

6. On a bill of INR 5999 & above from multiple brands, not more than 2 invoices other than R Digital home appliances, mobile & laptops and Home Town Furniture bills, single invoice, same day, the customer stands a chance to win an assured gift of SKECHERS/WILD CRAFT Bag.

7. The above gifts are available for a limited period only, till the stocks last. 82°East, SRMT Mall & Multiplex reserves the full right to continue, withdraw, alter Shop & Win contest without prior intimation.

8. 82°East, SRMT Mall & Multiplex may request winners for photographs, testimonials, and feedback and shall reserve the right to publish the same on social platforms.

9. The participants will have to present their invoices & Shopping Bags at the Information desk along with their valid name, email address, phone number, bill details, date of purchase and valid photo ID issued by GOI.

10. One customer can only claim one single gift per day. Multiple invoices of not more than 2 from a single customer cannot be registered. In case of multiple bills ID proof submission is a must for each individual customer registration.

11. Two different customers cannot club invoices from a single brand.

12. The assured gifts are only applicable for shopping inside the mall and not applicable for home deliveries and online shopping.

13. The customer must produce the original invoice to participate in the Shop & Win. A photocopy/duplicate or damaged bill shall not be considered. 

14. At the time of Registration, the age of the customer should be 18 years and above.

15. Pres/Gifts cannot be exchanged against cash or replaced if lost.

16. Participation in such promotional schemes is purely voluntary and not binding on any individual.

17. The Gift must be collected on the same day of purchase. No Gift will be issued for the invoice of the previous day except if shopped after 9:30 PM.

18. 82°East, SRMT Mall & Multiplex reserves the full right to change, alter, or close the campaign with immediate effect at any point of time without prior intimation.

19. In case of any dispute, 82° East, SRMT Mall & Multiplex’s decision will be considered final & binding.
