KIDS WEEK DETAILS:

• Timings – 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
• Registration Fees – Rs.499/- incl Taxes per participant

INR Rs.499/- (including taxes)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• There is no refund or cancellation policy once the payment is completed.
• Breach of our Terms and Conditions will result in cancellation of the booking.
• If an activity is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, it will be replaced by
another activity and no refund will be issued.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Parents must be aware that spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A parent/guardian must sign the application form and agree to the terms & conditions.
Payment is also taken as agreement with the terms and conditions.
• All medical conditions of the child must be clearly stated on the application form.
• Children must bring a water bottle and other supplies as per the workshop requirements.
• Children need to leave their footwear in the designated area mentioned by the mall
management.
• The above-mentioned timings are subject to change.
• 82° EAST, SRMT MALL & MULTIPLEX does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage
to any property belonging to the children.
• 82° EAST, SRMT MALL & MULTIPLEX reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire
program.
• Mobile Phones are not permitted in the activity. All valuables must be left at home. Mall
Management is not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings.
• Photographs and video footage may be taken and used for promotional reasons.
If you do not wish for images of your child to be used by us. Please inform the mall office
when booking.
• Information on activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to
change depending on weather conditions, program schedules, and other arrangements.
82° EAST, SRMT MALL & MULTIPLEX reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter activities
accordingly in the event of unanticipated situations.
• 82° EAST, SRMT MALL & MULTIPLEX reserves the right to remove any child who is
disruptive from the activity due to misbehaviour or whose behaviour puts themselves or
Others at risk without issuing a refund.
• Parents / Participants must make sure the applications are complete and the payments are
made well in advance.
• 82° EAST, SRMT MALL & MULTIPLEX does not assume any responsibility with regard to
any injury or complications as a result of your participation.
• Participants should strictly follow the instructions of the mall staff and trainers.
• Outside food items, except water bottles are strictly prohibited.
• Note: Parents, please check that your kid follows all instructions given above.
• 82° East, SRMT Mall & Multiplex reserves the right to withdraw the concept, amend and
modify the above terms & conditions without giving any prior notice or reasons.
• Mall Management decision will be final and abiding.
• All disputes, if any are subject to Kakinada jurisdiction only.
